Refund policy

REFUND :

•  We do not offer refunds unless the product is proven to be wrong or defective.  
•  In such cases, we will review the product opening video and assess the situation to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.  
•  Returns must be initiated within three days of receiving the product (date of receipt).  
•  The inclusion of a product opening video is a prerequisite for all return requests in the event of receiving an incorrect or defective product.


CANCELLATION POLICY :

•  Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.  
•  Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


PROCESSING AND DELIVERY :

•  We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days from the date of purchase. 
•  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
